Super Sprint Run Instructions

Leave Transition through the Run out chute and turn RIGHT. Go past the turnaround marker that is near the Finish chute and go past Aid Station #1. The lake is on your left.

Turn RIGHT on the path towards the highway. Everyone starting a lap does this short out-and-back.

Go about 200m to a turn-around. Return on the same path, towards the lake.

Turn RIGHT

Continue along the trail (lake on your left).

Go PAST the first turnaround marker (L1). It is used only by Long Course participants.

Continue along the trail (lake on your left) until you reach your turnaround marker (SS).

Turn LEFT around the marker and follow the trail back (lake is now on your right).

Keep the lake on your right the rest of the way to the turnaround marker that is on the path near the Finish chute. Keep the marker on your LEFT.

Turn LEFT into the Finish chute and cross the Finish Line!
